Early Childhood Center Program Payment Agreement
For Paramus Residents: Upon registration a non-refundable deposit of $950.00 (September tuition payment) will be remitted. Payment by check is due within ONE WEEK of securing a seat.
Out-Of-District Registrations: All non-Paramus (out-of-district) registrations will be placed on a waitlist (tuition cost is $1,250.00/month). Ms. Rafferty will contact you if a seat becomes available.
There shall be NO REFUNDS WITH NO EXCEPTION - including absences due to vacation.
Nine additional Monthly payments of $950.00 will be charged on the following dates: September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, and May 15th.
Credit card payments will be charged a 3.9% fee along with a $.75 processing fee. Payment by check can be mailed to: Paramus Early Childhood Center, Attn: Jennifer Rafferty, 99 East Century Road, Paramus, NJ 07652 and are due within ONE week of securing a seat.
Parents/guardians who make chronic late payments or non-payment will be requested to meet with the Supervisor of ECC. Chronic late payments or non-payment may result in the district suspending the student from the program.
The board shall not be responsible for transportation of general education students to and from the program.
Repetitive behaviors resulting in incident reports and parent contact as well as habitual late student pick-up from the program may result in the district suspending the student from the program. Students MUST be picked up by 3:00 pm.
The educational services shall be provided in accordance with the approved district calendar and commence on the first day of school and terminate on the last day of school.
