Have you heard of all the health benefits of yoga? It’s the long-standing practice (pun intended) of yoking together your mind with your breath as you move your body. The benefits for you can be strength, balance and breathing to diminish stress and to calm your mind.
This introduction course will show you the basics of proper alignment, how to “flow” in a yoga practice using
