PiYo is a fusion of pilates and yoga but a little more upbeat and fun! Chair PiYo is a beginners class that does not take you down to the floor or have you jumping or lifting weights other than your own body weight. You might enjoy this class if you are overweight or out of shape, unable to move quickly or cannot sit on the floor. You might benefit from this class if you lack good balance or flexibility or if you have weak muscles. Testimonials include stronger legs, better balance, hip and lower back relief and the ability to keep up with your kids or grandkids! Bring a yoga mat, water and a towel to wipe your sweat!
