Drop Off Info: Please drop off your student at the designated location at 8:10am. However, do not let them exit the car until you see the club teacher at the door to let them inside. There will be no supervision available outside before the teacher opens the door for the GAP programs.

Pick-Up Times: Parents are responsible for picking up their children promptly after classes. Children who are not picked up on time may be dropped from a class and/or late fee assessed.

Walkers: Students must be picked up by an adult, even if they are walking. We cannot have students walk home alone.

Inclement Weather: In the event of a school closing, all youth enrichment (GAP) classes will be canceled. We will award one make-up date per session. Refunds will not be given for school cancelations.

*Kindergarten parents must send daily written notes to K teachers to tell them about a change in dismissal.
