The United Nations created seventeen Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 2 is to end hunger, achieve food security, and improve nutrition.

Empty Bowls is an evening to tackle food insecurity in our community. This fundraiser is put on by the North Olmsted SITES program (partnered with the Buser Family Foundation) to promote awareness of local food insecurity and hunger. ALL proceeds from this event will go directly to the North Olmsted Oxcart Food Pantry. Their mission is to provide food assistance to families and individuals residing in North Olmsted who are currently experiencing need.

Please come to North Olmsted High School's Eagles Room from 5:00 to 7:00 on March 24, 2027 and enjoy some warm and hearty soup prepared by Dr. Novelli’s cooking classes, get an amazing one-of-a-kind bowl created by Mr. Duly’s ceramics classes, and enjoy some fresh baked bread donated by Mangia Bella Bakery of Fairview Park.

We might have extra bowls for purchase at $30 each.

March 24, 2027

Bowls will be available for pick-up the night of the event!
