Feeling stressed, overstimulated, or simply in need of a reset? Join us for a relaxing, hands-on workshop exploring simple ways to use essential oils, breath, and calming rituals to create more moments of ease in your day. You’ll learn how aromatherapy can support relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being, while discovering practical techniques you can use at home, at work, or on the go. We’ll sample a variety of essential oils and explore how different aromas can help create a more peaceful, grounded environment.

Best of all, you’ll create your own “Calm in Your Pocket” essential oil roller and a custom aromatherapy spray to take home. No previous experience with essential oils is needed. Come ready to unwind, learn something new, and leave with two personalized tools you can start using right away.

Materials Fee: $12 per person, payable to the instructor at class. The fee includes all supplies needed to make an essential oil roller and aromatherapy spray to take home.

INSTRUCTOR: Lorinda Walker is an Emerson resident and Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience in the wellness field. She has been working with and teaching about essential oils for more than 17 years and is a Certified AromaTouch Practitioner and Instructor. Lorinda enjoys helping people discover simple, practical ways to incorporate essential oils and other self-care techniques into everyday life.
