on the Run Description:
At
Elmwood we have a great history of a wonderful cross-country program with
many athletes achieving many great accomplishments! Whether it is qualifying for the state meet
or last season when our ladies won the BVC Conference and our gentlemen
finished 2nd in the BVC Conference. While both teams qualified for the Regional
meet in 2025!

We are
excited to get to know your athlete and start the process of helping them know
a little more about the sport and all the awesome benefits it can bring.
September 16,23,30, 2026 2-4th
grade 3:30 – 4:45 With Coach Murray. **2-4th grades will meet in the
elementary gym.
October 6, 2026 5th
and 6th grade from 3-4:15 With Coach Baker and Wolfe. ** Meet at the band practice field for 5th
and 6th grade.
