Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Wednesday, September 9, 2026 and any refunds granted are subject to a $125 service fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Cancellations received after Wednesday, September 9, 2026 will not be accepted for any reason, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for the substitution. 

NOTICE: Any outstanding balance for prior years conference registration must be fully paid before registering for this year's conference. Lack of payment for past conferences will result in being prevented from attending the 2025 conference.
