Chippewa Valley High School Musical Productions is proud to present Frozen in November 2026. This exciting production will feature talented student performers, musicians, technicians, and crew members from several Chippewa Valley Schools.
Each year, our musical productions welcome more than 4,000 audience members across our performances, making this one of the largest community events of the season. In addition to in-person audiences, sponsors will also receive visibility online through our website and social media recognition opportunities.
We are inviting local businesses, organizations, families, and community members to partner with us through our sponsorship and advertising program. Full-color advertisements will be prominently displayed in the auditorium lobby throughout all 9 public performances.
All funds raised directly support the production and help continue providing exceptional opportunities for students involved in the performing arts.

Meal Sponsorships may be provided in several ways: |
|
|
- A restaurant may donate a meal |
|
|
- A business or individual may donate funds toward a meal |
|
|
- A business or individual may sponsor a meal directly and work with us to coordinate details |
|
|
- A business or individual may simply contribute $500 to support the production |
|
|
Meal Sponsorship Next Steps: Businesses, restaurants, families, and community members may support cast and crew meals in one of two ways: |

|
1. Submit a $500 monetary donation through the sponsorship form, and our production team will use those funds to provide a meal for students. |
|
|
2. Restaurants or individuals who would like to directly provide or coordinate a meal may complete the sponsorship form without submitting payment. A member of our team will then contact you to coordinate details and scheduling. |
|
|
Please note: if monetary donations received for meals exceed current meal needs, excess funds will be rolled into the general musical fund and used to support additional production and student program needs. |
