Overview:

The OCS Department of Athletics is excited to host a Junior High Girls Summer Basketball League designed to provide competitive play opportunities for young athletes during the offseason. This league will serve as an excellent platform for skill development, team chemistry building, and preparation for the upcoming basketball season.

League Details:

*  Game Dates: June 8, 15, 22, and 29 

<font face="Symbol">*  </font>Game Times: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM each night 

<font face="Symbol">*  </font>Number of Games: Each team will play  2 games per night 

<font face="Symbol">*   </font>Location: Clay High School Gymnasiums - 3 courts running simultaneously

  Game Volume: 4 games per court each night (12 total games each evening) 

  Game Format: Two 14-minute halves with a running clock 

<font face="Symbol">* </font> <!--[endif]-->Entry Fee: $350 per team 

<font face="Symbol">*  </font>Officials: Certified officials will be assigned

League Format:

<font face="Symbol">* </font> <!--[endif]-->Each game will follow standard junior high basketball rules, with possible minor adjustments to accommodate time constraints.

<font face="Symbol">*  </font>A game schedule will be provided in advance to allow teams ample time for preparation.

Additional Information:

<font face="Symbol">* </font> <!--[endif]-->Coaches are responsible for supervising their teams and ensuring sportsmanship among players.

<font face="Times New Roman">*  </font>Spectators are welcome to attend and support the athletes.
