Dear Webber Families,
We are planning our fifth-grade trip to tour two important Detroit venues along with lunch at Buddy's Pizza, a true Detroit icon, on May 29, 2026.
This is a great learning opportunity about the city that put this region on the map, and we would like all of our students to attend.
Linked to this message, you will find your child's permission slip and information pertaining to the trip. Please send the permission slip back via Parentsquare, and remit payment, via the locallevelevents link by May 1, 2026.
All students must arrive at school by 8:15 AM on the day of the trip, as we will depart from Webber promptly at 8:30 AM. Please note that we are unable to delay our departure or allow students to join us enroute.

LUNCH is included in the price: (Buddy's Pizza: Cheese or pepperoni & cheese w/ pop or water)
Transportation: Lake Orion School Busses from the school to the venues and back.
All students must travel on the bus to and from the venues, per district policy.
Note for PARENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE CHAPERONES:
We will be sending home a Field Trip Chaperone Interest Form with students. This is a highly sought-after field trip, and we typically receive more chaperone requests than available spots.
If you are interested in being considered as a chaperone, please complete the form and return it as soon as possible. If we receive more volunteers than needed, chaperones will be selected through a lottery, and families will be notified directly.
