Once you submit this permission form, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that the student will follow all CHSAA and BLPA sportsmanship expectations, as well as all school rules while attending the event and during transportation.
Failure to follow expectations may result in disciplinary action and/or removal from the event.
Once the Permission slip has been received, you must reserve your seat on the bus by purchasing your bus seat through payschools.
High School Students will travel by charter bus with designated chaperones to attend the CHSAA Great 8 Boys Basketball game at Hamilton Gym at Denver University. Students must have already purchased their ticket through GoFan in order to attend.
