The intention of the MAC Middle School Swim Season is to introduce younger athletes to the sport of swimming and diving before they reach high school.  The Dakota Cougars are excited to bring the world of swimming and diving to our middle school athletes.

Boys & Girls, Grades 6, 7, 8 who will attend Dakota High School (60 Swimmers & 10 Divers max, first come, first serve).

Registration runs March 26th - April 17th

Season begins Tuesday, April 7th through Thursday, May 21, 2026. Practices are Monday - Thursday (3:15 - 4:45 pm) at Dakota High School.

Dual Meets will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Championship Meets will be the week of May 19th. ALL Dates, Times and Locations are TBD

The cost is $90 which covers registration fees, team t-shirt and a swim cap. You must be registered by Monday April 13th to receive t-shirt and swim cap.

Things to bring the first day:

• Competitive training suit, goggles and towel
• Swim cap and water bottle are optional
