You may also drop your payment off at the address above Monday Through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Registration by mail will be entered in the order in which it is received. CERAMICS: Discover your inner artist! Learn how to create original ceramic pieces
through various hand building techniques including: slab, pinch-pot, and
sculptural techniques. Projects can
include holiday decoration to fine art; it is your choice! A limited number of pottery wheels will also
be available on a rotation basis for the opportunity to learn how to throw
pottery. All levels are welcome. The instructor will provide all basic
instruction and optional project ideas. Materials are included.

BEGINNER GUITAR: Always wanted to
learn to play the guitar? This beginner-friendly class covers basic chords,
strumming, simple songs, and foundational techniques in a relaxed, supportive
setting. No prior experience is needed, and all levels are welcome. As
participants gain confidence, optional opportunities to play and jam with other
musicians will be offered. Students must bring their own guitar to each class.

SEWING MADE SIMPLE: Curious about sewing but not sure
where to start? Or maybe it’s been a while and you’d love a refresher? This
relaxed, beginner-friendly course is the perfect place to dive in! You’ll learn
the basics of this timeless craft, including how to use a sewing machine,
essential tools, and foundational sewing skills. As you build confidence,
you’ll choose from a variety of fun, practical projects such as a tote bag,
drawstring bag, pillowcase, 10” x 10” quilted trivet, zipper pouch, simple
apron, or even basic mending techniques. Work at your own pace and complete as
many projects as time allows. By the end of the course, you’ll feel comfortable
and confident enough to continue sewing and experimenting on your own at home.
No prior sewing experience required—this class is perfect for beginners or
anyone looking to dust off their sewing skills and get back into the groove!
SEWING CUSTOM CREATIONS: Have an idea for a sewing project but not sure where to begin? Join this supportive sewing community where you’ll work alongside others and receive personalized guidance from an experienced instructor. Whether you’re brushing up on the basics or exploring new techniques, this class will bring your ideas to life. This course is best suited for those with a basic knowledge of sewing. The instructor’s expertise includes clothing construction, alterations, craft sewing, handbags, and pattern design. By the end of the session, you’ll have made real progress on your projects - and gained the confidence to tackle the ones you’ve been putting off!

STAINED GLASS: Basic stained glass
techniques are taught resulting in at least two projects. Students will learn
how to safely cut glass, wrap cut pieces, solder together, patina and polish
the finished piece. Class projects include a simple suncatcher or a larger panel
or a 3D piece and now glass fusing. Join us to create your own beautiful
stained glass art!

COUNTRY LINE DANCING With JoAnn: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, our instructor will guide you through the steps and showcase the dance for everyone to enjoy. Individuals of any skill level can partake in the excitement. Learn basic dance steps: kicking, brushing, vine, jazz box, shuffle, and many others. Learn the popular dances, meet new people, and have fun! Please wear lightweight, smooth-soled casual shoes, preferably not sneakers.

Country Line Dancing With Emma: Kick up your boots for a fun 1-hour of country line dancing with Emma! Open to all levels, you will learn easy, step-by-step routines to the best country hits in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. No partner or experience needed. Just come ready to move and have a great time! Please wear comfortable shoes (boots encouraged but not required).
GENTLE YOGA With June A slower approach to yoga with poses broken down into easy, accessible movements. Students are taught to modify poses to stay within safe limitations. Perfect for people new to yoga or anyone experiencing overall stiffness due to lack of activity or other physical limitations. This practice will leave you energized and deeply relaxed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and towel.
YOGALATES With June: The perfect blend of core strengthening that Pilates offers while increasing flexibility, strength, balance and total body relaxation through the ancient practice of Yoga. Enjoy the benefits received from experiencing the union of the best of both systems. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and towel.
TAI CHI For All Levels With Arlette: Discover the timeless art of Tai Chi, designed for all ages and ability levels. Tai Chi know for its flowing movements help your joints operate smoothly, while relaxed postures and circular motions encourage limberness and fluidity. With gentle turns, stretches, and twists, every part of your body explores a full range of motion without strain. Calm focus and deep breathing promote relaxation and a sense of inner peace. Over time, your practice becomes a tool you instinctively use in daily life - creating moments of calm, focused attention even during stressful situations. Join us to cultivate grace, strength, and serenity! Comfortable clothing and rubber sole shoes are recommended.
PICKLEBALL Beginners Mondays @ 4:15 With Brian at ER: Pickleball is a fun and fast paced game that is a combination of badminton, tennis and table tennis. For beginners who want to learn how to play and practice basic skills. Players will learn how to keep score and learn where to stand. This fun, no-pressure class will help you feel comfortable on the court. Bring your own paddles.

PICKLEBALL With Bob
& Craig on Mondays at QH: For beginners and intermediate players who know how
to keep score and know the basic rules.
Although these players are still learning the game and practicing their
skills, they can play a game of pickleball without hands on instruction. Bring
your own paddles.

WELLNESS RESET With Sandy: Start your week off by slowing down, letting go, and giving your body
and mind the care they deserve. This calming, restorative class is designed to
ease tension through deep stretches, and pure relaxation. Participants will be
guided through mindful breathing, slow and supported stretches, and moments of
quiet rest to help release stress and restore balance. You will also have
opportunities to work with a partner to safely deepen stretches, with
instructor guidance. This class is perfect for all levels - no prior experience
is needed. Bring an exercise mat, yoga blocks, or any props that support
comfort and alignment. Come as you are, unwind, and leave feeling refreshed,
grounded, and ready to take on the week ahead!
STRENGTH TRAINING With Sandy: This is a non-cardio workout using light hand weights designed to work all of your major muscle groups. You can build more strength, coordination and burn calories. Let’s feel better, stronger and have fun together! Please bring light hand weights, exercise mat, towel and water bottle.

AB-DOMINATOR with Sandy: Crush your core in just 30 minutes! This fast-paced abdominal workout is designed to strengthen, tone, and define your midsection.
