In the spirit of supporting diversity and community involvement, the Henderson High School Black Student Union (BSU) presents its 42nd Annual Alice Thomas Scholarship Banquet. The Alice Thomas Scholarship Banquet provides an opportunity for district employees, students, parents, and community members to interact as a group and recognize those who have contributed to the current and future success of Henderson students. We have chosen “A Century of Black History: Built on Legacy, Driven by Purpose” as the theme for this year's banquet. Each year, BSU faculty advisors and students honor individuals who have made an impact in the Chester County area. For 2026, we are recognizing Dr. Kyle Boyer and Tamika Gallimore for their support of the Henderson BSU. Our keynote speaker will be Mayor Lillian DeBaptiste
The Alice Thomas Scholarship Banquet will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
