you been trying to eat right while having a hectic schedule? This cooking class
will help you learn how to make snacks that are good for maintaining healthy
weight and energy levels using healthy protein, fats and good carbs to fuel you
throughout the day. Recipes are easy and amazingly delicious. There
is a $10 food tasting fee payable in class to the instructor.
