This class will help you to understand how living wills can help with decisions regarding life sustaining treatment, how durable powers of attorney can avoid the need for the appointment of guardian, and will provide an overview of the important reasons for executing a will, from appointing an executor and guardian to avoiding inheritance and estate taxes.
