Dear Local Business Owners and Managers,

Chippewa Valley High School is staging its annual musical November 7-15, 2025. This year’s show is Tuck Everlasting. This spirited show will feature talented performers from Chippewa Valley High School’s student body.

We are asking local businesses to help offset the costs of this event by purchasing advertisements to be displayed in our lobby at our shows and have your business name featured on our website. Full color advertisements will be prominently displayed in our auditorium lobby at all 7 public shows throughout the run. Chippewa Valley shows are attended by more than 4,000 guests/year, providing a great opportunity for you to support the community and be seen by the community.  All funds raised from advertising are used to help fund the show and continue to provide these opportunities for students. Additionally! Our choir and band program will be taking a trip to Florida in the Spring of 2026. If you are connected to a choir student attending the trip, you can purchase your ad through them and that ad revenue will go toward their individual trip costs! 

Full Color Advertisement sizes and prices:

• Half Page Ad is a half sheet of 8 ½ x 11 - $50.00
• Full Page Ad is a full sheet of 8 ½ x 11 - $100.00
• Show Sponsor Ad is a 17x22 ad featured in the center of the ad board for one of the performances - 1 per show, first come first served $250.00 (ONLY 7 available) - for the other performances, you will have a Full-Page Ad on the board.

All ads must be submitted by Monday, September 29, 2025. Late ads cannot be accepted.

 Artwork must be in PDF, JPEG, Microsoft Word, or TIFF formats (300 dpi minimum resolution). Contents of ad may be altered to fit actual size or for clarity. Files must be uploaded at purchase. 

Please note that student trip (STAA) fundraised funds will move into the general musical fund if the student drops out of the trip, the trip is cancelled or if there are any funds left after the trip expenses have been paid. STAA fundraised funds are not transferable to another student or club/group/team.
