Beginner Percussion is for students who have no experience playing percussion. Students will learn basics for snare drum and mallet percussion (xylophone/marimba) playing and how to read basic percussion music notation. All students should have materials required by their school instrumental music teacher at their first lesson. Students may sign up for any or all of the following weeks. Students who are also participating in the Summer Theater Program may participate in the Summer Music Program. Processing fees apply for credit cards.(A registration fee ($10 per person per program) is included in the tuition fee. This fee is not refundable for any reason, unless the program is canceled by ECS.)
