1. Tickets are non-refundable

2. Only students who are Juniors or Seniors may attend Prom. Students who are underclassmen may only attend if invited and attending with a Junior or a Senior. Underclassmen students purchase a ticket and are not attending with a Junior or Senior will not be permitted into the dance and the ticket will not be refunded. 

3. Students must adhere to the rules and guidelines of the Milford Exempted Village School District Handbook while attending Prom.

4. Students will submit to drug/alcohol screening, including the use of a portable breathalyzer, upon request by school authorities.

5. Students will not engage in inappropriate or lewd behavior.

6. Students who break these rules or test positive for the use of intoxicants will be removed from Prom, suspended and/or expelled from school and/or legal action could be taken. 

7. Students who are not from Milford and are guests, must complete this form and turn it in to the Main Office at Milford High School: Guest Form
