The intention of the MAC Middle School Swim Season is to introduce younger athletes to the sport of swimming and diving before they reach high school.  The Dakota Cougars are excited to bring the world of swimming and diving to our middle school athletes.

Boys & Girls, Grades 6, 7, 8 who will attend Dakota High School (60 Swimmers & 10 Divers max, first come, first serve).

Registration runs March 20th - April 16th

Season begins Wednesday, April 10th through Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Practices are Monday - Thursday (3:15 - 4:45 pm) at Dakota High School. With the exception of  Friday practice on 4/12.

Dual Meets will be on Thursday evenings (except for Tuesday May 14th), Championship Meets will be the week of May 20th. ALL Dates, Times and Locations are TBD

The cost is $90 which covers registration fees, team t-shirt and a swim cap. You must be registered by April 10th to receive t-shirt and swim cap.

 Things to bring the first day:

• Competitive training suit, goggles and towel
• Swim cap and water bottle are optional
