3-HOUR PROGRAM designed to help Spanish students gain a better understanding of Latin American culture in three key areas:  dance, music and cuisine.  The program includes a history and overview of several Latin dances matched to class examples of corresponding music, followed by a Salsa lesson taught by renowned La Luna instructors, culminating with a spectacular dance performance in dazzling costumes!  After the performance, students will participate in a Q&A where they can ask performers questions in SPANISH and receive prizes for correct vocabulary and grammar.  All of this excitement is followed by a delicious buffet lunch of traditional Latin American dishes like Rice & Beans, Pollo Guisado, Tostones, and Tres Leches cake.  And of course, Salsa music will be played throughout the lunch to get students ready to do some dancing on their own after they finish eating!
