Junior Prom:

You will need your student ID number to purchase a ticket. Ticket sales will be from January 29th to February 9th. Tickets are NOT transferable and are ONLY valid for the student that purchased the ticket. Student ID MUST match the name and ID number on the ticket. Tickets can ONLY be scanned once.  

  You student ID number is your access code.  

We must notify Falls Manor with a headcount, so ticket sales will end on February 9, 2024 at 3 p.m.

**To purchase a guest ticket this form must be printed, and completed in full.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST have ticket (printed or virtual) and photo ID to enter.
