The Kindergarteners will be taking a field trip to Upland Hills Farm on Friday, October 27. The bus will be leaving Stadium Drive Elementary promptly at 9:00 am and will be returning to the school at 1:45 pm. 

Important Reminders: 

• Outdoor Gear: We plan on going rain or shine, so please dress your child appropriately. 
• P2 Shirt: Please also have your child wear their P2 t-shirt (they will receive these from the PTO for the Fun Run in early October).
• Lunch and Drink: Chaperones and students will need to bring a completely disposable sack lunch to enjoy at the farm's picnic area. Students can also order a school sack lunch instead of packing from home (free lunch prices do apply for this!) Please see the papers attached to the permission slip to order a school lunch. 

The bus can accommodate up to 10 parent chaperones per kindergarten class. Chaperones will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. If there are more than 10 parents that respond, we will hold a lottery to decide who can chaperone. If you are chosen to chaperone, you will need to ride the bus to and from the farm. No siblings will be allowed to attend the field trip. The Farm will NOT allow parents to come and pay at the gate to attend as a visitor.

Please click on the link to the right to purchase a ticket for your student. Student funds and permission slips are due Friday, October 13. Please check your child's folder for a field trip packet. The blue permission slip form must be signed and returned in order for your child to attend. 

Chaperones will be notified if they are picked AFTER October 13th. You will hear from your child's teacher if you are picked to chaperone. If you are chosen to chaperone you MUST return to this link to pay for your chaperone ticket, complete the iChat form, and have it turned in to your student's teacher no later than Wednesday, October 18.
