Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish made with
napa cabbage. While the smell may be pungent
for beginners, once you try it, you will be hooked. In this class you will see that the dish is savory acidic, slightly spicy, and
full of natural probiotics. Come join the fun! There is a $20 tasting fee payable in class to the instructor.
