Hot Pot is less of a dish than it is an experience.
With this dish there is a heat source that is placed in the center of the
table, keeping the pot of soup stock simmering, and diners can dip a variety of
dumplings, tofu, soy products, vegetables, and more into it. In this class you
will learn the simple way to make the broth and get to know what goes with the
hot pot. Come with an empty stomach as this will be a feast! There
is a $35 tasting fee payable in class to the instructor.
