Did you know that in the old years when a Chinese
restaurant was trying to hire a chef, people would ask a chef to make fried
rice as a test? Fried rice is a simple dish to make, but it’s one of the
hardest to get right. When you take this class you will learn the ingredients
and understand how to control the heat. Walk away with all of the knowledge of
fried rice. There is a $20 tasting fee
payable in class to the instructor.
