Protein packed pearls of deliciousness, Lentils have
found their way in a variety of cuisines around the world. The versatility of
lentils makes them ideal for salads, snacks and one dish meals too. This class
brings you a tangy, spicy Lentil and Bean Salad, Mung Bean Crepes and Vegetable
Khichdi. There is a $10 tasting fee
payable in class to the instructor.
