Flat breads are very versatile and add a variety of
texture & flavors to your meal. They are also healthier than store bought
breads as you are in control of what ingredients you want to use.
They are preservative free yet can store well when
refrigerated. Flat breads can be used as bases
for wraps &
rolls and a one-dish meal too. No Knead liquid
dough spiced potato
paratha, Spinach Wrap, and Easy Garlic Naan will be featured in this
class. There is a $10 tasting fee payable in class to the instructor.
