Pilates is a form of
exercise that strengthens and tones the core muscles of your body - providing balance,
strength, flexibility and better posture.
You will learn
mat exercises using
your own body weight
as resistance. Students
will learn proper
technique to build
a strong foundation of fitness. Beginners welcome.
Modifications will be made based upon individual need. Please bring your own
mat.
