According to doctors and health practitioners,
meditation can help save your life. Regular meditation can lower your blood
pressure and can help you deal successfully with life. The world can be a
stressful & chaotic place. The interaction between people can be
challenging without the right coping skills. In this class you will learn
various techniques for meditation. We will be using imagery, crystal bowls
& Tingsha Tibetan chimes. You will learn how to manage your stress easily
in between the moments of meditation and how to cope with situations which you
have no control over. Learn how to be anywhere with anyone at any time
remaining in control of you! Join us for three interesting and relaxing
evenings! No meditation knowledge or experience required. Even the most active
minds are welcome! NO CLASS ON 10/31.
