According to the World Health Organization, “Health is a state of
complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely
the absence of disease or infirmity.” Being
healthy takes place on many levels. We have to consider the physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual levels. We can’t ignore any of these levels and
expect to be healthy. Being truly
healthy is a balance of all the core areas of life. In this workshop we will
give realistic, easy to follow tips to feeling good and balanced on all these
levels. This class is virtual so you can
enjoy this information from the comfort of your own home. After you register,
