You will learn and become a Level 1 practitioner of Reiki which is a healing technique of spiritually guided Universal Life Force Energy from a Divine Source or Higher Power that is channeled. This Energy is channeled to the intended through the palms of the hands. Level 1 is primarily intended for self-healing. You will learn how to channel this energy and clear your chakras (energy centers) to promote balance, peace, and well-being. Each one of us is natural healers and the Universal Healing Energy is there for all of us to use. Everyone is connected to the source of life, whether you call it God or the Universe, or don’t call it anything. Because of this connection, everyone has some level of innate healing power. This healing energy is based on the concept that disturbances in energy fields (chakras) in and around the body result in

dis-ease and therefore restoring the flow and balance of energy can improve health, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This class has a maximum capacity of 8 students. NO CLASS ON 11/22.

INSTRUCTOR: Denise Bonura dedicates her healing approach as a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, Meditation Practitioner, Spiritual Coach, EFT/TFT Practitioner utilizing many techniques that are individualized for each client at each session. She will guide you, she will teach you and she will assist you with your mind, body, spirit balance and healing.
