E 105     HAND STITCHING & EMBROIDERY FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS*              Fee: $65

Wednesdays, 10/11 - 11/1 (Four Sessions) 4:00 - 5:00 PM HS Room: 31 

Learn the basics of sewing by hand and fancy embroidery stitches to create and embellish your own clothes. Students will create a stitch booklet and then decide what they would like to embroider. Students will bring in an item of clothing and then will affix an iron on transfer to be embroidered. $25 supply fee payable to the instructor on the first day of class. This class is for students in grades 5-8 and has a maximum capacity of 10 students.

INSTRUCTOR: Monica Ivankovic is a middle school teacher who has introduced her students as well as adults to Wellness Classes by doing hand knitting and slow stitching as a form of relaxation.
