2023 CVHS SENIOR PROM

Information & Policies Regarding Prom

1. You must use your student ID as the access code when purchasing tickets
2. You must include your 3rd hour teacher's last name when purchasing a ticket. If you are not in the building for 3rd hour, input "Sacco" and you will have to pick up your ticket from room 213. 
3. Your tickets will be delivered to your 3rd hour class the week of May 24th 
4. A maximum of two tickets can be purchased per senior. One for yourself and one for a guest if you choose to bring one. Guests can be other seniors, underclassmen or outside guests. You must purchase both tickets at the same time. Your student ID will only work once as an access code.
5. Prom tickets can be purchased April 17th - 28th.
6. You need to submit a table form by May 12th (see link below)
7. Picture ID of outside guests ONLY must be submitted when purchasing their ticket 
8. All school rules and policies must be followed during this event
9. The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable
10. The ticket holder must be twenty years of age or younger
11. Ticket and photo identification must be shown at prom for admission
12. No smoking is allowed inside or outside Zuccaro Banquet Hall. This is a township ordinance
13. Alcoholic beverages/illegal drug consumption will not be tolerated. Police officers and security will be present at prom
14. Appropriate, formal apparel is required
15. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Students must be seated at their reserved table during the entire dinner.
16. Students will not be allowed entrance past 7:30 PM and will not be allowed reentrance if they leave early

• There is a maximum of TEN people at a table
• You do NOT need to fill your table with ten people
• Forms must be submitted by May 12th
