Join us on December 2, 2022 for an evening of Friends, Food and Fun at our Night at the Races Fundraiser! The premise of the fundraiser is faux horse races for which you can purchase horses and bet on horses for each race (10 races plus a bonus last race). 

Tickets are $40 (includes Pizza, Salad, Breadsticks & Drink). 

All guests must be 21 and over to attend.

• 6:00 pm: Doors Open, Check-In, Horse Purchases, 50/50 Ticket Sales
• 6:30 pm: Dinner
• 7:00 pm: Explanation of Night’s Events by Emcee
• 7:15 pm: Betting Windows Open for Race #1
• 7:30 pm: Post Time for Race #1 (we will have 10 races)
• 10:00 pm: Drawings for 50/50

$20 to purchase and name a horse (horse will be randomly assigned to race).

$100 Race Sponsor: (Company name/logo on event banner, your company name mentioned at the beginning and end of the race you sponsor). Business name/image on banner that is displayed at the event. Please send logo to [email protected]

$500 Event Sponsor: (Company name/logo on event banner, your company name mentioned at the beginning and end of every race). Your company will be referred to so many times you will be asking the DJ to stop. Includes admission for 2 to the event. Please send logo to [email protected]
