Have you been trying to lose weight or lower your blood sugar? This
cooking class will help you learn how to make snacks that are good for
weight loss and maintaining healthy blood sugar using healthy protein,
fats and good carbs. Recipes are easy and amazingly delicious. There will
be a $10 food tasting fee payable to the instructor.
