When: August 21, 2022 to August 27, 2022

Where: Bambi Lake Retreat & Conference Center

Why: To create a close knit team environment, learn about running physiology, philosophy, strategy, diet and nutrition and to get prepared for the upcoming competitive season.

Cost: $425 per camper. Cost includes transportation, lodging, 3 meals per day, drinks, snacks and camp shirt. Other activities,  if offered, may include swimming, canoes, mini golf, ropes course.  

Family Discount: A family discount will automatically apply when registering siblings: two siblings qualify for a $100 discount, three siblings qualify for a $225 discount. Discount will apply after entering camper registration information and clicking the continue button.
