This online registration replaces the Annual Officer List that all Community Support Groups are required to fill out for each school year. Each group member voted into office must register here no later than June 3, 2022.
This information will accompany the annual renewal application for your group. Failure to complete this online form, or providing inaccurate information, will prevent your application from moving forward which may make your group ineligible for Board approval for the 2022/2023 school year and could prevent your group from being able to carry out any financial transactions.
Click the Register Here button, select guest checkout and input the access code you were provided when prompted. You will begin the registration process by selecting a quantity of 1 for the position that you were voted into, then begin answering questions.
