Madison Theater Ticket Policies

• Online tickets sales end at noon on the date of each performance. There may still be tickets available at the door. Door sales open 45 minutes before show time.
• Please note that there are handrails in front of some seats, which may obstruct some patrons' view. We recommend you do not reserve these seats if anyone in your party is under 5' 4" tall: G-1 through G-9; H-11 through H-29; or G-28 through G-36.
• All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Please double-check your order before submitting payment.
  
• There are a limited number of handicapped seats (no stairs) available, but they cannot be ordered online.  If you or someone in your party requires easy access seating, please email [email protected] , or call Joel Brown at 513-420-4760, ext. 2516.You may print your tickets at home, or show them on your phone at the door, or just tell your name on the door - we'll have a list of all pre-orders so we can just check you off the list.
• To see your tickets, please ignore the button at the top of the confirmation email labeled "CLICK TO VIEW ORDER/TICKETS". Instead, look for a PDF file attached to the email. (On your phone, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the email to find the attachment.)
  
• Sorry, but we cannot take ticket orders by phone or email. Payment must accompany all orders.
• Online sales close 12 hours before show time, to allow us to prepare for door sales. But there may still be tickets available at the door! The box office opens 45 minutes before each performance. 
• For tickets purchased at the door, we can accept cash or checks, but not credit cards.
