Description/Purpose: The Strength & Performance Summer Camps are designed to improve your athletic performance by working on full body strengthening, linear speed, multi-directional agility, jumping ability, and mobility.
Students should sign-up for only one camp
Dates: June 6 - July 1, July 11 - 22 (Monday-Thursday)
Cost: $90 for 4-day groups / $55 for 2-day groups
Grades: see attached schedule
Location: McKenzie Field & High School Weight Room (Kamstra and Pals Gym when weather forces us inside)
Equipment: water bottle, t-shirt/athletic shorts, athletic shoes that can be tied for the weight room, cleats for speed/agility (highly recommended, but not mandatory)
