Again and again, throughout life, we may feel discouraged and disheartened, as if

we may be falling apart by the seams. How do we muster up the wherewithal to put

ourselves back together and deal with our feelings and the challenges facing us?

Our instructor, a Clinical Psychologist for over 50 years, will help you answer this

question. Each person taking this course will be expected to purchase Dr. Gettis’

book “Seven Times Down, Eight Times Up: Landing on Your Feet in an Upside Down

World (2nd Edition).” There is a $15 book fee payable in class.
