This workshop is designed to help create a balanced lifestyle by relieving stress and
anxiety. You will learn the signs of burn out, the impact of stress and anxiety on your
body, ways to simplify your life, as well as realistic, simple techniques which can help
you feel more balanced, optimistic, and healthier. This workshop will educate you on
what really makes us happy.
