PiYo is a fun, high intensity, low impact workout inspired by Pilates and Yoga that focuses on Flexibility, Strength and Balance. Each routine is choreographed to crazy fun music. This format can be modified to give each participant a great total body workout regardless of their fitness level. Carve an intensely defined physique—without jumps, without weights, and without straining your joints. This class is for ALL fitness levels and body types.
