Dear Hoboken Parents and Guardians,

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I am sending you this letter regarding your child’s participation in the Special Education Summer 2021 Program. Please use this registration page to enroll your child in The Extended School Year (ESY) program. ESY is for all students who have an IEP that includes ESY in their program

Please see the attached guide for Special Services Summer 2021 Programs for the details. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s case manager before the end of the school year.

Our staff looks forward to working with your child and family to offer a wonderful and enriching experience this summer.

EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR (ESY) PROGRAM

Additional information: 

• Lunch will be provided 

• Transportation will be provided in accordance with the IEP.

• If your child requires diapers, please send in diapers, wipes, and a change of clothing.

• Please write your child’s name on all of their personal belongings.

• Do not send in toys or other items from home that could interfere with the learning process.

• Kindly send your child to school with his or her backpack each day.

• All programs are offered in person with current safety and health guidelines in place

• Please complete registration by May 30, 2021
