This online registration replaces the Annual Officer List that all PTO & Support Groups are required to fill out for each school year. Each PTO or Support Group member voted into office must register here by June 4, 2021. This information will accompany the annual renewal application for your group. Not completing this online form, or providing inaccurate information, will prevent your application from moving forward. Your group will not be able to carry out any financial transactions and may be ineligible for Board approval for the 2021/2022 school year.
Click the Register Here button, select guest checkout and input the access code you were provided. You will begin the registration process by selecting a quantity of 1 for the position that you were voted into, then begin answering the questions.
